First Plastics has set up a cell composed of several trainers and technicians specialized in the installation of FlowGuard® CPVC and in verifying the installation of the system. This unit is made available to all our partners, developers, project owners, delegates, architects, design offices and installers..

Our goal is to give our customers a FlowGuard® CPVC product that they can recommend to the end consumer and that the latter can use without risk for a very long time.

First Plastics Before and After-Sales Service (SAAV) interventions:

1. Plumber training
This training is open to all plumbers in our training centers.

2. Site monitoring
Our technicians provide assistance throughout the work depending on its progress.

3. Pressure tests
At the end of the installation, the First Plastics teams carry out a pressure test to ensure the reliability of the installation.

A 75-year warranty certificate is issued at the end of this test.
