When we created First Plastics, we already had the objective of making our company a space where everyone can live and work in the best conditions. This course of action remains among our priorities.
Today, First Plastics maintains its commitment to protecting not only employees and customers, but also the environment as a whole. To do this, we have chosen to focus our mission on 3 pillars:
1. Social responsibility
It is our duty to ensure the well-being of employees and the health of the company; we thus identify good practices in order to prevent all professional risks and guarantee the safety of staff and external stakeholders.
Physical well-being alone is not enough for us; we go further and offer our employees meditation courses to also ensure them a healthy and balanced life.
In addition, as a socially responsible organization, we encourage our employees to be active in community and volunteer programs.
2. Economic responsibility
Our goal is to:

- Improve our industrial performance, in terms of production, logistics and inventory management; the aim being to guarantee our customers impeccable service.
- Enrich our range with ever more efficient and innovative products.
3. Environmental responsibility
We make continuous changes to improve our products through careful monitoring of their life cycle. We have managed, through the FlowGuard “CPVC”, to create a product at the cutting edge of technology with the strictest respect for the environment. Our processes help limit the impact of our factories on the environment, from raw material to finished product.
